Due to parking we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that your service provider may have the full time allowed for your service

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your services. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be rescheduled or received partial service

We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 24 hours notices for all appointments. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% for the full scheduled service.

Payment is accepted in cash, by card, or via Venmo, though unfortunately, we cannot provide cash back on cards for gratuity.
Please note that we no longer accept checks as payment.
